Who we are

Talkkeeping ("the connector") is provided by Oxygen Bubbles Limited, Brookfield Court, Selby Road, Garforth, Leeds, LS25 1NB, company number 17047416 ("we"). Contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

What you get

The connector lets an AI assistant you choose, such as Claude, work in your FreeAgent account on your instructions. It is not made, endorsed or supported by FreeAgent, and it depends on FreeAgent and the AI assistant continuing to provide their services.

Trial and subscription

• Each person gets one free trial of 7 days from their first connection. No card is needed for the trial. A person is identified by the email address of their FreeAgent login.
• After the trial, continued use needs a subscription of £3 a month per person, including VAT where it applies. A subscription covers its holder in every FreeAgent company they connect. Each person who connects needs their own subscription, including colleagues in the same company.
• Payments are taken by Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time through the manage link (ask the assistant for your subscription status). Cancelling stops future payments; access continues to the end of the month already paid for. We don't refund part-months.
• If a payment fails, access continues for up to seven days while it is retried, then stops until payment succeeds.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, by email to the billing contact.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you ask the assistant to do and for checking the results before relying on them, especially anything that is filed, sent to a client or paid. The connector records changes in your accounts on your instruction; it does not give accounting, tax or legal advice.

Availability

We aim to keep the connector available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. FreeAgent can change or withdraw access to its API, which may affect the connector; if we have to stop the service, we will refund any unused part of a month already paid for.
